- Return Policy
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund (you meet the below eligibility criteria) less any shipping costs. The items must be in new and resalable condition (with no cut, scratches or contact with water/sand), original intact packaging with all tags and accessories.
- RESTOCK Fee will be WAIVED subject to meeting of all eligibility criteria stated herein.
- In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 5 days of receipt and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
- All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Care Center by clicking here to email.
- Refund Time: You should receive your refund in 5-10 business days to your original payment method after the return is received.
- The customer to pay for cost of return shipping (not reimbursable / we do not issue prepaid return labels) to return the item back to us for the reason for return is not a result of our error.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: Deduct 50% of item's price, outbound shipping cost and you pay directly to shipper to return. (not reimbursable / we do not issue prepaid return labels)
- Refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or Acts of Nature.
- If you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs (including shipping surcharge mentioned on product page, if any) will be deducted from your refund.
- Some made-to-order (items not advertised as ships same / next day / 1-3 days) and items manufactured by Galtech cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not apply for reasons due to our error.
- If the package is returned without our issuing of an RMA or without the RMA # on it, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
- If the item is damaged in transit or damaged on arrival: an exchange will be made at no cost to you.
- CLOTHING: Can be returned for an exchange only (any item from same manufacturer). Any non-coverage bottoms (G-strings, thongs, tonga,etc) can not be returned due to sanitation reasons. No refunds allowed and you are responsible for the round trip shipping costs for exchange.
- Clothing that is soiled, worn, laundered or tags removed can not be returned/exchanged.
All products come with a 30 day limited warranty unless specified on the product page.
- Damage or warranty claim of any nature will not be honored when a non-commercial purpose product is used in commercial settings.
- Valid Warranty Replacements will be shipped to customer at our own cost.
- Policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or Acts of Nature.

CANCELLATION / REFUSED SHIPMENT:
- In the event that you refuse a shipment for any reason other than visible damage (such as box crushed, torn) you will be responsible for round trip shipping cost (also for free shipping item) and 15% restocking fee.
