Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department. Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to BeachMall.com. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
  • Products that are returned to BeachMall.com with a missing, damaged or altered product will be refused RMA service and returned to you at your cost.
  • All items returned for a refund or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • All return items must arrive back to BeachMall.com in resalable condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled (with no cut or clipped wires, or contact with water.) The items must arrive with the original packaging and accessories. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return
  • Shipping charges are not refundable except when a replacement item is not available.
  • Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs (including surcharge mentioned on product page,if any) will be deducted from your return refund.
  • In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 7 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
  • Any refused items or incorrect address items will be charged shipping both ways plus 15% restocking fee.
  • Any items which are returned due to receiver unable to sign / accept after 3rd attempt by shipping company, will be charged shipping both ways plus 15% restocking fee. The same will apply for free shipping items.
  • Refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or Acts Of Nature.
  • Some special order, custom-built items and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. All items manufactured in USA (incl. Patio and Market Umbrellas) are considered custom-built.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged merchandise, we will strive to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify both the carrier and BeachMall.com within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all packing materials. BeachMall.com will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged.
  • Damaged merchandise returned for credit will incur a 20% processing fee including whenever customer does not want a replacement. The product must be returned in original packing and must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled (with no cut or clipped wires, or contact with water.) and return shipping cost at customer expenses. Actual outbound shipping cost shall be deducted incase of free shipping promotional product.
  • Damage or warranty claim of any nature will not be honored when a non-commercial purpose product is used in commerical settings.
  • Wind damage is not covered under any circumstance

Refused Shipment

If you refuse a shipment due to damage, please contact us immediately to report the damage and the refusal. We will investigate if the item is damaged, investigate the reason for the damage, and submit a claim to our warehouse to have a replacement sent to you. Please do not refuse shipments for any reason other than visible damage.
  • In the event that you refuse a shipment for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for the original (as mentioned above) and return shipping cost, as well as a 15% restocking fee for the item you have purchased.
  • If you refuse a shipment due to damage, and if it is then determined that the item is not in fact damaged, we will have the item re-delivered to you at your own cost.

Cancellations

Once you place your order, we begin processing it immediately. Many of our products ship out on the same day an order is placed. We also carry made-to-order products that we begin to produce as soon as an order is placed. For that reason, it is generally not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you email us with a cancellation request before 12 Noon EST on the day you place your order, we will do our best to meet your request. We regret that we cannot accommodate cancellation requests that come in after 12 Noon EST on the day you place your order.
  • If we were not able to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the shipment as this could result in return/cancellation fees being assessed.
  • We may instruct the carrier at our sole discretion after your cancellation request to intercept the package and return to our warehouse, if the carrier is successful to intercept the package, then round trip shipping cost plus 20% restocking fees will be deducted.
  • Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if your order has items with free shipping, then our actual outbound shipping costs (including surcharge mentioned on product page,if any) will be deducted from your refund incase of cancellation request.
